International B2B Supply Conditions & Quality Assurance
Last updated: May 19, 20261. B2B Inquiries, Catalog Access & Intellectual Property
Our platform is designed strictly for B2B commercial clients, including retailers, distributors, cosmetic brands, and food processors. All technical data sheets, Certificate of Analysis (COA) templates, factory blueprints, circular economy diagrams, and custom R&D parameters presented on this site are the sole intellectual property of ALHUNG FOODS VINA and are protected by trade secret protocols. Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.
2. B2B Sample Delivery & Specifications
We provide product samples (such as cold-dried mango slices, mango seed butter, or cashews) for commercial testing and formulation. While we make every effort to deliver samples promptly via international courier (DHL/FedEx), the customer is responsible for providing accurate company verification and customs information. Samples are subject to factory availability and verification of the inquirer's business status.
3. Export pricing, FOB/CIF terms and Payment
All prices discussed or displayed on this website or in the export catalog are indicative and subject to change based on raw material market rates and shipping costs. Official contract prices are established in written Proforma Invoices. Unless agreed otherwise, transactions are conducted under Incoterms 2020 rules, with default shipping as FOB Port of Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai) or FOB Can Tho. Payment terms are verified via Bank Letter of Credit (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) as per the contract.
4. Quality Control, Lab Testing and COAs
We operate a strict 4-step quality control protocol. Every export container undergoes independent third-party testing (Eurofins, SGS, or equivalent) and is issued a Certificate of Analysis (COA). We guarantee 0% SO2 (sulfites) for our premium range and strict compliance with EU Regulation 1881/2006 (heavy metals) and US FDA pathogen standards. Any quality claims must be submitted with official lab test reports within 14 business days of container arrival at the destination port.
5. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
ALHUNG FOODS VINA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, market delays, or container detention fees at the port of destination due to custom clearance issues. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, typhoons in the East Sea, crop failures, global shipping crises, port strikes, or government export/import bans.
6. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms and all business contracts arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or contracts shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.
